  On two occasions this Dr. office failed to be open during times of scheduled appointments, once for myself and once for my daughter. No staff at the office, all the doors locked and lights off. I even left a letter on their door expressing how unprofessional they were as i waited outside the office. I had taken time off work to go to the appointment.
  They nurse regularly changes total amounts of tablets to be dispensed on prescriptions and sends scripts to the wrong pharmacy. The nurse also the nurse randomly decides how many refills i can have on prescriptions with no consistency or continuity as evidenced by sending a prescription to the pharmacy for me with 5 refills but they srnt it to the wrong pharmacy when i called to have them send it to tbe correct pharmacy she sent it to the correct pharmacy but only with one refill.
